The best way to get hired as a call center agent from the comfort of your home is to apply for jobs online. Make a plan where you want to apply first before spending money and time travelling to job interviews.
Your goal should be to apply and get hired straight away, but sometimes you need to persevere since the job process now days are getting harder and harder to pass. At this stage, you should already have some customer service skills or at least have taken some vocal training and be able to pass any job interview specially SVAR and Versant assessments.
If you don’t have any skills yet and have only just finished college and ready to go in the work force, have a look at our guide on how to pass the interview process for fresh graduates.
Just to be clear there is no such thing as a “final interview over the phone” call center job! When you come across these so called interviewers promising that you will get hired over the phone it is not true..
When you do pass the interview over the phone you still need to pass the assessment in the contact center’s recruitment process, so there is no such thing as “final interview over the phone” avoid those as you will only be disappointed.
