The best way to get hired as a call center agent from the comfort of your home is to apply for jobs online. Make a plan where you want to apply first before spending money and time travelling to job interviews.

Your goal should be to apply and get hired straight away, but sometimes you need to persevere since the job process now days are getting harder and harder to pass. At this stage, you should already have some customer service skills or at least have taken some vocal training and be able to pass any job interview specially SVAR and Versant assessments.
