  • You need to be knowledgeable about computers (windows environment).

  • Read and write English proficiently.
  • At least second year in college without back subjects.
  • Able to speak English without a heavy accent.

3.) Flexibility

  • The ability to work difficult hours (at the start).
  • The ability to work a very controlled work schedule.
  • Start at a certain time break a certain time for x minutes, end work at a certain time.
  • Be available for extra hours or shifts with little notice.
  • Ability to work at your desk sitting down for extended periods of time (up to 4 hours).
  • Ability to deal with challenging customers and not take it personally (every hour of your shift.)
